Plum's World Tour (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is a puzzle game for children and families, created by Cozy Thinkers (“the developer”). We care deeply about children's privacy, and we designed the app to collect as little as possible — in fact, nothing at all.
None. The app does not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, location, photos, contacts, microphone, or camera. We do not use cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising services of any kind.
To remember your child's journey — which stations they have completed, where they left off, and the rest-break timer — the app saves a small amount of game data locally on the device itself, using standard on-device storage. This information never leaves the device, is never sent to us or to anyone else, and contains no personal information. Deleting the app, or using “Clear all progress” in the For grown-ups menu, erases it.
The app is free to download and includes one optional, one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full journey. Purchases are made behind a parental check and are processed entirely by the app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store). We never see or store your payment details. Any information related to your purchase is handled by the app store under its own privacy policy.
This app is intended for children and the families who care for them. Because we collect no personal information from anyone — including children — the app is designed to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, including its provisions for children (“GDPR-K”). There is no behavioral advertising, no tracking, and no data sharing.
We do not share, sell, or transfer any information to third parties — because we do not collect any. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics software.
If we ever change how the app handles information, we will update this policy and its effective date, and post the new version here. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
